Hello Westview Families! I hope everyone has been enjoying their summer break. We are hard at work developing plans for returning to school on Aug. 25th. We will have specifics by the end of July. If you are purchasing school supplies, due to COVID-19 we will not be allowing backpacks/student purses this year. We will be supplying other options. Lunch boxes will need to be nylon, plastic, or metal. We are trying to develop the safest plan for our students/staff and this will assist us in this challenge. Summer is here! The buses will be delivering the last meals of the year along with your child's personal items/gradecards/yearbooks if all fees, books, & instruments have been returned today. Mrs. Pam will be in the office from 9 to noon today if you need to pay or drop items off. Also, some teachers will be riding the buses today to wave to the kids! We hope you have a GREAT SUMMER!

Good afternoon Westview Families! Governor Parsons announced today that all Missouri schools will remain closed for the rest of the year BUT they must continue their services through the end of the regular school year.
What does this mean for Westview? We will continue the packets and food distribution through May 8th. (Our last calendar day.) All packets are still required to be completed each week and grades/attendance will be taken as we have the last few weeks. We will send out more information in the coming weeks on picking up any items left at school.
The school buildings must remain closed.

If your child signed up for a food packet then they will receive Friday meals on THURSDAY this week and next due to the original school calendar of days out.
Good evening! This is just a reminder that new packets will be delivered tomorrow starting at 11 am. Please make sure the work from last week is hanging on the mailbox, so we can make a quick exchange. If you are sending your work electronically, remember it is due tomorrow. No late work is being accepted. Please make sure your name is on every paper. We hope everyone is safe and well! If you are experiencing any symptoms of the Corona virus, please contact your child's teacher and we will require alternate ways of completing work. Stay safe.
Students- www.readingeggs.com is up and running for all students grades Prek-5th. Monday, Prek students will find a letter in their packets with login information. Once a student is logged into their reading account, they can also access math curriculum. We hope your child enjoys using these programs. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.
Parents and Students: If you have had issues with your Readingeggs account, we are aware and working to fix this issue. Your student can still work on math, but the reading side is not accessible right now. We will let you know when the issue has been fixed.
