Westview is selling raffles tickets for 2 exciting events. Do you want a fire truck to pick you up and bring you to school on December 21st? or Wear PJ's to school for a week (December 13-16th)? We will be selling raffle tickets starting Tuesday, November 29th - Saturday, December 3rd. We will draw a winner at the end of the Pancakes with Santa event on December 3rd. Tickets can be purchased from the office for $1 each or 6 for $5.00
BREAKING NEWS!!
Santa stopped by last night to say he wants to eat pancakes and take pictures with the kids on Saturday, December 3rd from 9-11am. Cost is $6.00 per person for both pancakes and a picture. The students are also busy creating Christmas crafts that can be purchased at this event.

Reminder: Picture retakes are tomorrow!
Retake Picture Day is Tuesday 11/1/22! If you're satisfied with your child's picture, no further action is required. If you purchased and were unhappy with your Picture Package, please send your Picture Package to school with your student on Retake Day and call the office tomorrow and let us know so we can make sure your child's picture is retaken. Your Retake Picture Package will be produced and shipped to the school four weeks after Retake Day. Students who were absent for Picture Day should come to school prepared to have their picture taken. Book Fair and Veteran's pictures!
Good Afternoon! Just a couple of reminders from Miss DeArmond.
The book fair is in full swing through Friday. the 28th . It will close when parties begin on Friday afternoon. Miss DeArmond will remain at school until 4 p.m. Tuesday (25), Wednesday (26) and Thursday (27). Students will also shop during their library and music times this week.
Also, please remember to send in your Veteran's photos to me @pdearmond@gmail.com by Nov. 3rd. If you sent a photo last year, you can email me to let me know you'd like that photo in this year's tribute. Please let me know who you are related to and how; that will be included this year as well.

Mr. McCarty was the recipient of a drawing during Monday's professional development this week. Melissa Massey came to surprise him with a $50.00 gift card!! We appreciate our teachers taking their time to learn new things for our students. Great Job!

IMPORTANT REMINDERS!
Student Chromebook fee of $25.00 per child for insurance was due this week. Please send cash or check with your child or you can pay at the office. Student medical information packets (blue) that were sent home on the first day of school need to be returned as soon as possible. Please call the office if you need to request another packet to be sent home. If you have any questions please call the office 417-776-2425.
EAGLE program enrollment forms are due tomorrow Thurs. September 1st. We are limited to only 32 students. Enrollment is based on first come, first served, then students will be placed on a waitlist in the order enrollment forms where received. The program begins on Tuesday September 6th. Your child is enrolled once you receive an EAGLE snack calendar and orientation booklet with your Childs name on it. Calendars/booklets will be sent home by this Friday. Please call the office if you have any questions.
