Westview will be holding a Title I.A informational meeting on Thursday August 18, 2022 from 4-4:30pm in the school library. All parents are invited to attend the meeting. The principal and staff will share how Title I.A funds are used in their building to support and enhance student learning.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS!!! Please login to your Teacherease account and register your child for the 2022-2023 school year! Registration must be complete before open house. The school will be open tomorrow for assistance if you need access to a computer to complete the registration. The office will be open from 9am-11am and 2pm-6pm. Open house is from 4:30pm-6:00pm. Also, payment for your child’s technology insurance fee of $25.00 can be made at open house. We are excited and can’t wait to see everyone tomorrow evening!!

WESTVIEW ONLINE REGISTRATION IS OPEN!!! Please login to your Teacherease account and register your child for the 2022-2023 school year! Welcome emails with a link to set up an account and register your child have been sent. Complete online registration by Monday August 22nd. Registration must be complete before students can attend their class on the first day. The federal program that provided free lunches to all students in the past has expired. Students without an updated meal application on file will pay full price for lunches this school year, which is $1.80 each. Reduced-rate lunches will cost 40 cents each. Please fill out a free and reduced lunch application during the online registration process. Fill out only one application per family. If you have any questions, need assistance or did not receive a welcome email please call Pam in the office at 417-776-2425.
Westview 22-23 school supply list is now available on our website at wc6.org. Also just a reminder insurance fees for technology this year per student is $25.00 and will be due on Sept. 6th.

We would also like to warn parents that the Walmart school bundle for “Westview” Is NOT correct. We will have an updated school supply list on our website wc6.org in mid July. (Students will be allowed normal school backpacks for the 22-23 school year. NO FUR, SYNTHETIC FUR )
Do you need a part time job? One that you only work an hour in the morning/an hour in the afternoon and at least make $52.50 for 2 hours of work? Then become a bus driver for Westview. No experience necessary. We will train the right person. If you are interested, contact the office at 417-776-2425.

Field day is tomorrow! Parents and siblings are invited. All children/siblings must remain with a parent and supervised at all times. Visitors are not allowed to interrupt or participate in field events. Enter the playground through the gate at the west side of the building by the buses. Gates open at 9 a.m. No early access.

Spring Concert Reminders:
When? May 5th at 6pm. Students will need to arrive at 5:45 and head to the music room.
Where? Westview Gym
Who? 5-8th Grade Band, Choir, and Theater
Attire? You can wear jeans/overalls and a flannel shirt (think country.) If you are wearing a dress, it must be to your knees! Boots are encouraged, but not mandatory. You must have closed toe shoes on if you are in theater or choir.
There will be a concession stand and the proceeds go to the music program, so bring money to spend if you want something to eat.
