FUN FAMILY FALL CHALLENGE! We hope you will participate!
Here are the rules:
1. Over the next 6 weeks, there will be a post on our school FB page, app, or website under News Feed. Asking students/families to solve a riddle or task.
2. There is NO ELECTRONIC ASSISTANCE OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED. (NO GOOGLE, etc)
3. There will be clues given randomly each week. There may be 1 clue or 4 you will just have to check often.
4. Students will turn in their answers to boxes on the concession stand ledge as they come in on Friday. THEY MUST HAVE THEIR FIRST AND LAST NAME WRITTEN ON THE PAPER and CLUES NUMBERED WITH THE ANSWER.
5. There will be an announcement on Friday afternoons of winners in each grade span box for a prize. Answers to the riddles/tasks must be correct.
4. The class with the most drawn winners will also receive a class prize on Friday, Nov. 17th.
5. Students who are not drawn weekly will still be eligible to have their names drawn to participate in a challenge on Thursday, Nov. 16th.
Staff will also be working on their own riddles and can ask students for assistance. The students can share the answers they come up with only once and with only one staff member. (It does not have to be their teacher)

The EAGLE Program (after school) will be starting next week for grades K-6.
Times are Tuesday-Friday from 3:30-5:30 p.m. We will also be offering Monday EAGLE from 7:40 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Enrollment forms are being sent home TODAY!!

Come celebrate Grandparent's Day at Westview!!
Westview School has applied for a Pre-K grant (4 & 5-year-olds) and hopes to find out if awarded by late September or sooner! The School Board approved free tuition for the 4-day Pre-K class, Tuesday- Friday following the school 2023-2024 calendar until news about the grant is received.
If awarded the grant, students will be able to attend the rest of the 4-day 2023-2024 school calendar for free. If not approved, parents will have 10 days to determine if their child will continue to attend paying the fee determined by the Westview Early Explorer (WEE)Preschool & Daycare Handbook.
Parents can also enroll students in Monday classes, aftercare from 3:30 pm-5:30 pm, or year-round beginning August 21st for the fee listed in the WEE Preschool & Daycare Handbook!
